The Transportation Dashboard is developed by the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) as part of its role as the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Atlanta region. It provides an integrated platform for monitoring, analyzing, and communicating the performance of the regional transportation system across all travel modes.
The dashboard consolidates data and visualizations from key program areas, including System Performance Reporting, Congestion Management Process (CMP), Freight Planning, Safety, Asset Management, Transit, and Corridor Studies. Each section highlights federally mandated performance measures, regional mobility trends, and project-level analyses that inform ARC’s planning, policy, and investment decisions. By presenting all transportation initiatives within a unified framework, the dashboard enhances transparency, accessibility, and collaboration among local governments, stakeholders, and the public, serving as a central resource for understanding how the Atlanta region’s transportation system performs today and how it is evolving to meet future mobility, safety, and sustainability needs.
