Ms. Ray serves as a citizen member of the ARC Board, representing District 5, which includes all of Douglas County and part of Cobb County.

She is the President & CEO of the Douglas County Chamber. Prior to her current position, Sara oversaw marketing and events for the Chamber while also administering the Douglas County Chamber Foundation, as well as the Chamber’s Small Business Initiatives.
Ms. Ray is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber Institute for Organizational Management and has served as Communications Chair for the Georgia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. She is a founding member of the Douglasville Young Gamechangers, a member of the Junior League of Douglas County and a participant in initiatives with the Douglas County School System.
