The Governance Committee provides oversight of all internal policy related issues, such as those routinely managed by its subcommittees. In months when the full ARC Board does not meet, the Governance Committee functions as a forum for governance of the Commission on issues not requiring full board approval.
All Board members are encouraged to attend the monthly Governance Committee meetings or review the materials of the meeting as a way to ensure full engagement in the ARC’s governance.
The ARC Governance Committee meets at 12:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month. Please note that meeting times and places can sometimes change. Contact ARC at 404-463-3100 to confirm.
