The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive, statewide dataset of home sales to help inform the agency’s housing work. The solicitation will open on May 31, 2023. Any technical questions should be submitted in writing to Mike Carnathan no later than 4:00 pm on Thursday, June 9, 2023. Written questions should be mailed to the address provided above or submitted by email to [email protected]. All questions received, and responses to those questions, will be posted on the ARC website by 4:00 pm on Thursday June 15, 2023. Interested firms or teams of firms must submit to ARC must receive one (1) hard copy and one (1) copy in digital format, either in Microsoft Word or PDF format, via USB portable drive, no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, June 29, 2023, to Atlanta Regional Commission ATTN: Mike Carnathan, 229 Peachtree Street, NE, Suite 100, Atlanta, GA 3030.
