The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals from firms with sound and proven experience and expertise in providing Brokerage and Third Party Administrative Services (TPA) for Health and Welfare Benefits for our active and retired employee populations. We are looking for a trusted partner who can help us navigate the ever-changing landscape of healthcare, ensure access to quality services, advocate for the best healthcare options available to our employees, provide innovative cost mitigation strategies to include patient assistance programs, incentives and rebates tied to plan performance, enhanced technology integration, and a comprehensive and intuitive benefits administration platform for active and retired employees. Additionally, we are seeking a third-party administrator (TPA). The TPA shall provide consolidated billing, network administration, utilization management, claims adjudication/administration, call center services, and benefits communication materials for Members.
