The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals from qualified software development vendors or teams of vendors to provide a web-based ridematching software platform for the Atlanta Regional Transportation Demand Management (TDM) program, supporting a range of TDM services and technology tools. The solicitation will open on June 1, 2023. Any technical questions should be submitted in writing to Kurl Gustave-Cason no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, June 14, 2023. Written questions should be mailed to the address provided above or submitted by email to kcason@atlantaregional.org. All questions received, and responses to those questions, will be posted on the ARC website by 5:00 pm on Wednesday June 21, 2023. Interested vendors should email Kurl Gustave-Cason at kcason@atlantaregional.org by 5:00 PM Wednesday, June 28, 2023, to receive a link to the portal. Firms or teams of firms must submit to ARC must receive six (6) hard copies and one (1) copy of the proposal through the secure and confidential portal set up for each interested vendor.
