The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals from qualified proposers capable of successfully managing home modification projects for older adults and people with disabilities transitioning from nursing homes or other institutional settings. Any technical questions should be submitted in writing to cpellino@atlantaregional.org no later than 4:00 pm on November 9, 2023. All questions received, and responses to those questions will be posted here no later than 5:00 pm on November 15, 2023.
