2026 ARC Atlanta Regional Housing Summit

The ARC Atlanta Regional Housing Summit is the capstone event of ARC’s Housing Strategy for the Atlanta Region and a critical milestone in shaping the region’s housing future.

As part of the strategy’s development in addressing housing solutions at the regional scale, the ARC Atlanta Regional Housing Summit brings together stakeholders to review key findings, align around shared regional housing goals, and identify the partnerships and next steps needed to move the Strategy into action.

The Summit convenes regional leaders and partners to:

• Review key findings from the Housing Strategy for the Atlanta Region, including housing data and scenario analysis that clarify future housing needs, affordability gaps, and priority focus areas for coordinated regional action
• Align around shared regional housing goals and priorities that support workforce stability, inclusive growth, and long-term prosperity
• Identify practical implementation partnerships and next steps that move the Strategy from planning to action across the region
