Georgia Power, the state’s largest electric utility, recently filed its 20-year energy plan at the Georgia Public Service Commission, kicking off a six-month proceeding that will help shape Georgia’s energy future. During this webinar, energy policy experts with Southface will introduce the Georgia Power 2022 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) and showcase how the IRP proceeding might interest local governments. We invite you to join the webinar and learn what is the IRP, how the IRP process works, what are highlights of the current plan, and what are opportunities for interested local governments to get involved.
