The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) are conducting a review that will assess compliance with Federal regulations pertaining to the transportation planning process conducted by the Atlanta Regional Commission, the Georgia Department of Transportation, local governments, and transit agencies in the Atlanta region.
