The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals for consultant services to develop a Transportation Carbon Reduction Plan. An ideal team will include broad expertise in transportation planning and design, policy development, model ordinance/legislation development, and public engagement and response. ARC intends to award the contract to cover work during CY 2025, CY 2026, and CY 2027 at a maximum of 18 months.
