The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC), an instrumentality of the State of Georgia through its Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness Department (HSEP) is seeking proposals from organizations to provide Training and Exercise activities for regional Public Safety Professionals/Officials. The ARC will be the fiscal agent and is the overall responsible party for this project. The ARC will provide the funding and shall be designated as the payor. A representative from as few as eight but no more than twelve Public Safety agencies will identify and name a primary point of contact on behalf of their jurisdiction to serve as the “Representatives” to coordinate with and through their respective agencies. These “Representatives” shall be identified and named to the successful bidder(s) after the award and prior to the start of the project.
