The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals from qualified proposers that works in the field of communication, branding, marketing, media planning and buying, and plan implementation. The Firm will assist ARC in redesigning the website to create a more a more optimal user experience and crafting messaging for Empowerline. Any technical questions should be submitted in writing to pdonsky@atlantaregional.org no later than 3:00 pm on November 16, 2023. All questions received, and responses to those questions will be posted here no later than 4:00 pm on November 20, 2023.
