The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking submissions from an artist, creative designer, or team of local artist(s)/creative designer(s) to help design effective and meaningful community engagement in identified geographic locations within the 10 county Atlanta region to support the Live Beyond Expectations (LBE) Strategic Plan implementation. This solicitation is available in its entirety below. This RFP closes July 18, 2022.
