Posted: January 8, 2019
Questions Due: January 28, 2019

Proposals Due: Thursday, February 28, 2019 (5 PM)

The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC), is seeking separate proposals from firms/organizations or teams of firms to provide “as-needed” technical and consulting services for various preparedness planning, training, exercises and project management projects or services. This RFQ is available in its entirety below. Requests for a physical copy of the RFP should be sent to the Atlanta Regional Commission ATTN:  Greg Mason, 229 Peachtree Street, Suite 100, Atlanta, Georgia 30303, or UASI-RFQ@atlantaregional.org.  ARC is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to a policy of nondiscrimination in its operations.

It was brought to Atlanta Regional Commission’s attention that the technical questions due date listed in the RFQ was by 5 pm, January 28th, however, on the website the due date listed January 25th.  Due to this discrepancy, we have prepared the attached Addendum Two to the Preparedness Planning, Training, Exercises and Project Management Services responding to additional questions.

Please be sure to thoroughly read through the questions and answers in the addendums as time will not permit us to go through these again during the February 7th Bidder’s conference.  For those wishing to call in, only the first 25 persons may participate via conference call (805) 309-0248, conference ID 693-3501.
