The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals from firms or teams of firms experienced in Passenger Rail Station Alternatives Analyses, multimodal planning, and technical support necessary to identify an alternative Amtrak station in Downtown Atlanta. Successful firms or teams of firms (“Consultant”) should be able to demonstrate experience in providing thorough strategic advice and technical services in a broad range of passenger rail station needs, including interpretation of federal transportation law and regulations, transportation policy development, and engagement. ARC reserves the right to award all or part of the available funds for this project.
