RFP - Guaranteed Ride Home (GRH) Call Center Services

The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) Mobility Services Department is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified call centers to provide extended call services for Georgia Commute Option’s Guaranteed Ride Home (GRH) Program. This program supports and encourages the use of clean commute options throughout the metro Atlanta region by offering an emergency ride home for commuters using alternative commute modes who are unexpectedly unable to use their normal commute method due to qualifying circumstances. The services provided by the selected vendor will include, but are not necessarily limited to: maintaining a project inbox for GRH ride requests, scheduling rides through ARC’s Uber Central account, and conducting outbound calls to participants to verify trip details and ensure eligibility. In addition, the selected vendor will also field inbound calls for GRH ride adjustments or cancellations.
