The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking sealed bids from vendors for equipment to enhance the region’s preparedness efforts under the Urban Area Security Initiative. This sealed bid solicitation will acquire Explosive Ordnance Disposal Bomb Suits and Anti-Vehicle Portable Barriers. This procurement solicitation s available in its entirety below.   • Technical Questions: Received until Friday, December 4, 2020 (5PM) to UASI-RFQ@atlantaregional.org.
  • Pre-Bidder’s Teleconference: December 7, 2020 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 pm. Call in number: 1 (805) 309-0248 using conference ID 693-3501.
  • Response to Bidders Questions or Questions from Bidder’s Conference: Friday, December 11, 2020 Responses will be posted to ARC’s website
  • Proposals Due: Monday, December 21, 2020 (10AM)
  • Sealed Bid Opening: Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 1:00 PM

NOTICE: Gov. Brian Kemp has extended a public health emergency declaration and a statewide shelter-in-place order for older adults and medically fragile residents through June 12.
