The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals from eligible respondents to provide develop a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Anti-racism (DEI&A) 3-Year Strategic Plan (the Plan) and develop a DEI&A Training Plan. This solicitation is available in its entirety below. This RFP closes February 12, 2021.
