RFP - Consultant Support for the Regional Clean Electricity Plan for Local Governments in Metro Atlanta

The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is soliciting proposals to provide consulting support for the development of a Regional Clean Electricity Plan for Local Governments in Metro Atlanta (Clean Electricity Plan) funded by the Department of Energy’s (DoE) Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy. The expected outcome of this project is the creation of a clean electricity roadmap for local governments that will help align related city/county efforts with funding opportunities. ARC intends to enter into an agreement with a Consultant or Consultant Team (Consultant) to provide services with a desired start date of January 06, 2025. ARC anticipates the full scope of work concluding prior to May 29, 2026.
