RFP - Atlanta Regional Commission Request for Proposals for Combating Violent Extremism Training and Awareness Videos

The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals from organizations or teams of organizations to provide three (3) separate Training and Awareness videos as outlined below. This project aims to develop Com batting Violent Extremism (CVE) framework for training and awareness programs, suspicious activity reporting (SAR) indicators, and behaviors to help prevent radicalization through social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter) to educate the public on misinformation campaigns and resources to help them identify and report potential instances of violent extremism.  Any questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing via e-mail to uasi-rfq@atlantaregional.org no later than Monday, October 30, 2023, 5:00 PM EST. All questions received and responses to those questions will be posted on the ARC website by 5:00 PM EST, Monday, November 13, 2023, at https://atlantaregional.org/procurement/. Proposers must submit to ARC four (4) hard copy of the bid and one (1) copy in digital PDF format of the proposal and all required information contained herein no later than 3:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, November 16, 2023.

This regional project is intended to develop three Training and Awareness Videos for Combatting Violent Extremism (CVE) framework and awareness programs, suspicious activity reporting indicators, and behaviors to help prevent radicalization through social media campaigns.

Addendum 1:
The original RFP posted by the ARC on October 16, 2023, Exhibit A, identified as section III. Scope of Work did not list X, TikTok, and YouTube as one of the specific social media campaigns (see below) to educate the public on misinformation campaigns and resources to help them identify and report potential instances of domestic violent extremism.
