The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals from firms or teams of firms experienced in management of federal transportation grants to support ARC in developing a Program Readiness Assessment for managing upcoming federal grants. The goal is to assess ARC and ARC’s stakeholders’ management preparedness and provide actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency, compliance, and performance. ARC intends to award an initial contract or contracts for work in early December 2024. All work activities must be completed by December 31, 2024. It is anticipated that available funds for the project will be approximately $75,000. Any award for this project is contingent upon ARC receiving adequate funding for this purpose from the Georgia Department of Transportation.
