Code Changes and Implementation for a Sustainable Doraville

City of Doraville

Smaller residential lot sizes, housing built along major commercial corridors, hookups for EV charging stations in all new homes, and more multi-family developments. This is what the future looks like for the City of Doraville, thanks to an ambitious effort to update its zoning code. The new zoning code aims to manage growth in a sustainable way and ensure the city continues to work for all residents.
