Sustainable Connections Local Community Proposal

A Complete Application Will Include:

• Response to all application questions
• Signature of the chief elected official in your jurisdiction/executive director of your organization (Click to download Signature form)
• Any supplemental materials that demonstrate community commitment, including plans, resolution, newspaper articles or brochures (OPTIONAL)

Important Dates

• February 16, 2022 – Proposal application period opens
• April 22, 2022 – Proposal deadline
• Late May 2022 – Finalist Interviews Conducted with Local Governments and Nonprofits
• June, 2022 – Matches notified
• August 2022 – Internships begin (Concurrent with academic year)
• May 2023 – Internships end (May be continued into summer if the intern and local government agree)
