High Priority Activities Program	The High Priority Activities grant program is a discretionary (competitive) grant program designed to provide Federal financial assistance to enhance states commercial vehicle safety plan activities, including commercial vehicle inspections, traffic enforcement, and outreach while supporting innovative technology development and/or new project(s) not included in the commercial vehicle safety plan that will have a positive impact on commercial vehicle safety.
