Georgia Regional Transportation Authority [GRTA]

The Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (GRTA) is a state-level authority that addresses mobility, air quality and land use and how they relate to the transportation needs of metro Atlanta, including both roads and public transit. In 2017, GRTA and State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) became administratively attached and began providing the services of both state authorities. As such, all functions for both authorities are provided by the staff and leadership of SRTA.
