The Regional Housing Task Force meets quarterly as a space for participants to discuss housing policies and best practices, and for practitioners to leverage their individual programs and capabilities regionally.

Meeting Spotlight:

• Housing Finance and Affordability “Market Value Analysis” (Featuring the Reinvestment Fund)
• Housing Flexibility and Attainability with Technical Support (Featuring Georgia Conservancy)

Agenda:

• Purpose: Supports community revitalization and neighborhood change management.
• Function: Categorizes residential markets and pinpoints areas for strategic intervention.
• Goal: Stimulates private market activity or leverages broader housing trends.
• Method: Uses spatial and statistical analysis to build an internally referenced real estate market index
• A sustainable Growth-led initiative focused on viewing housing in Georgia from a land stewardship perspective
