Public Involvement Session – Federal Certification Review

Overview

This is an opportunity for you to talk directly with Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) in an open public meeting session concerning your views on the transportation planning process in the Atlanta region.

A virtual meeting option will be available to listen and provide comments.  Preregistration is required and you can register here.

A brief presentation that provides an overview of Federal Certification Review process is available for review on the ARC’s website at atlantaregional.org/certification.  A Comment Card for the certification review is posted for your use.  You may submit your feedback using the Comment Card via email to ann-marie.day@dot.gov until Tuesday, June 9, 2023.

This public meeting is part of a review that will assess compliance with Federal Regulations pertaining to the transportation planning process conducted by the Atlanta Regional Commission, the Georgia Department of Transportation, local governments, and transit agencies in the Atlanta region.
