Overview

Join SolSmart and the Atlanta Regional Commission to learn how your city or county can benefit from getting SolSmart certified. SolSmart is a Department of Energy-funded certification program that evaluates local government practices for impacts to solar markets. In this session, we will discuss how communities can take advantage of the program’s no-cost technical assistance to identify solar improvements within your community and get recognized for your efforts. Hear from a certified SolSmart community on the why they decided SolSmart certification was right for them, how they utilized the program’s technical assistance, and an overview of their designation/review process.
