The LCI study will allow the City to review and determine appropriate land uses and urban design options to create a mixed-use town center environment that not only supports but also encourages alternative forms of transportation. Future growth and infill development will be directed in such a manner to combat current and future transportation issues experienced in the Highway 78 corridor, including heavy pass through and commuting traffic.
