LCI and CDAP applications open now!
ARC’s Community Development Group strives to help local communities throughout metro Atlanta address their most pressing land use and development issues to improve the quality of life for all our region’s residents.
The Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) and Community Development Assistance Program (CDAP) are two of our most impactful and well-recognized local assistance programs. We will be issuing our 2020 annual call for projects on January 13th-February 28th, inviting cities, counties, CIDs, and non-profits to submit applications to either program. Register for the webinar to walk you through the LCI and CDAP application process on February 4, 2020.
If you missed the open house, you can review application information from the webinar below:
LCI is a grant program that incentivizes local jurisdictions to re-envision their communities as vibrant, walkable places that offer increased mobility options, encourage healthy lifestyles and provide improved access to jobs and services.
