ARC’s regional plan aims to secure metro Atlanta's future by providing world-class infrastructure, building a competitive economy and fostering healthy, livable communities. The plan invests $85 billion in transportation projects through 2040 to improve mobility in the region.
The Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) is a long-range blueprint that prioritizes spending on transportation projects in the 20-county Atlanta region for the next two decades. The current RTP invests over $93 billion through 2040 to maintain and improve roads, highways, transit, and bicycling/walking facilities in metro Atlanta.
