Mr. Le serves on the ARC Board as the appointee of the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, which oversees all regional commissions. He represents the Fourth Congressional District on the DCA Board of Directors and was appointed to the ARC Board in 2025.

About Tim Le
Mr. Le serves on the ARC Board as the appointee of the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, which oversees all regional commissions. He represents the Fourth Congressional District on the DCA Board of Directors and was appointed to the ARC Board in 2025.
An entrepreneur, Mr. Le has established several real estate development partnerships and is currently the broker/owner of NDI Maxim Real Estate Conglomerate. Previously, he worked as an engineer at NEC Electronics before relocating to Gwinnett County from southern California in 2004 with his wife and daughter.
A native of Vietnam, Mr. Le played a pivotal role in founding the Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce. In addition to his commitments with DCA and ARC, he serves on the boards of the Gateway 85 Community Improvement District, the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, and the Peachtree Corners Downtown Development Authority.
Mr. Le holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University of Pomona.
