Ms. Kelly serves as a citizen member on the ARC Board, representing District 13, which includes part of Cobb County. Prior to her election to the ARC Board, she served on the Marietta City Council from 2014 – 2021 and has been active in politics, community, and education since graduating college.

She is a leadership professional with more than 25 years’ experience managing regulatory compliance with Coca-Cola, Gatorade, Anheuser-Busch, and more. While serving on the Marietta City Council, Ms. Kelly was the 2nd Vice President for the Georgia Municipal Association, Chairperson of the Marietta Parks, Recreation and Tourism Committee, Vice Chair of Public Works and Member of the Finance Committee.
She received a B.S. degree in Occupational Safety from North Carolina A&T University and a M.S. degree in Health and Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University. Ms. Kelly is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.- Marietta-Roswell Alumnae Chapter. She and her husband William have three children.
