About Lee Hearn
Lee Hearn serves on the ARC Board in his capacity as Chairman of Fayette County. He is also a member of the Transportation & Air Quality Committee and the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District.
Chairman Hearn was first elected to the Fayette County Board of Commissioners in 2008. During his first term, he completed the Association of County Commissioners of Georgia’s (ACCG) certified county official training.
A resident of Brooks, Chairman Hearn's mission is to protect the rural character of Fayette County. He currently serves as a deacon at Fayetteville First Baptist Church. He and his wife Teresa have two sons and two grandchildren.
