About Justin O’Dell
Mr. O’Dell serves as a citizen member of the ARC Board, representing District 14, which includes parts of Cherokee and Cobb counties.
He is a partner at O’Dell, Hungerford, Blanchard and Booth, a law firm in Marietta. Along with litigating bench and jury cases in various superior, state, probate and juvenile courts around metro Atlanta, he has also appeared before several county commissions and city councils on matters related to licensing and zoning.
Named a five-time Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star, Mr. O’Dell received the Cobb Chamber’s Chairman’s Award for his work co-chairing the 2014 SPLOST referendum, the Georgia Power “Citizen Wherever We Serve” award, and the Cobb Young Professionals Next Generation Award. He has served in leadership roles in the Kiwanis Club of Marietta and serves on the boards of Must Ministries, Cobb Housing Inc, and the Cobb Community Collaborative.
Mr. O’Dell received a B.S. in Political Science from Furman University and his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Georgia. He is a deacon at the First Baptist Church of Marietta.
