Mr. Dawkins serves as a citizen member of the ARC Board, representing District 10, which includes parts of Gwinnett and Fulton counties.

An attorney, he counsels employers on personnel matters, supervisor training, and workplace investigations. He has more than 30 years of experience and has been named a Georgia Super Lawyer for Employment & Labor, one of Georgia Trend’s Legal Elite, and one of the Best Lawyers in America in Labor and Employment Law.
He received a B.A. in English from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan.
A 2016 graduate of Leadership Gwinnett, Mr. Dawkins serves on the Partnership Gwinnett Advisory Committee and chairs the Partnership Gwinnett Diversity Leadership Council. He also serves on the boards of the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce, the Evermore Community Improvement District, the Gwinnett County Police Foundation, and Piedmont Eastside Medical Center.
