Mr. Davis serves on the ARC Board as the appointee of the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, which oversees all regional commissions.
A graduate of Harvard Law School, Mr. Davis practices law with Denton's Law Firm, primarily in the areas of corporate, family business, estate planning, and First Amendment law. Â His portfolio of work includes advising the boards of public companies and their special committees, planning for owners and managers of closely held businesses and their estates, constitutional and business counsel and litigation, and non-profit organizations.
Mr. Davis is a long-time resident of metro Atlanta. He has held leadership positions with the Rotary Club of Atlanta, the Carter Center, All Saints Episcopal Church, Westminster Schools, and the Georgia First Amendment Foundation, among other things.
