Ms. Emerson serves as a citizen member of the ARC Board, representing District 2, which includes parts of Clayton and Fulton counties.

She is the Owner of Dedicated Realty, Inc, and Branch Manager of NID Housing Counseling Agency. Her mission is to provide the education and tools for proper money management to the unserved and underserved in her community to help them become homeowners.
Ms. Emerson has a B.S. in Information Systems from Grambling State University and holds licenses in housing and financial coaching from Freddie Mac, the Veterans Administration, and more. She has three adult sons and is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Red Oak in College Park.
