Mayor Ford serves as the Henry County mayoral representative to the ARC Board. Elected in 2021 to a second term as Mayor of Stockbridge, he has focused on creating an extremely inclusive community that is economically sound, business-friendly and family-oriented.

Mayor Ford retired from the U.S. Army as a Colonel and brings thirty years of logistics and operational experience at various levels of management to his elected position. He received numerous awards and honors, and completed several advanced military courses during his career, and received his B.A. from Northeast Missouri State University (now Truman State University), and was raised in St. Louis, MO.
Since moving to Stockbridge in 2011, Mayor Ford has been active in the community. He served as President of the Board of Directors for the Monarch Village Community Association; Dutchtown High School School Council and the Economics & Education (E/2) Alliance. Mayor Ford is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Rho Sigma Lambda Chapter located in Henry County.  He is married and has a daughter.
