About Angelia O’Neal
Ms. Angelia O’Neal serves as a citizen member of the ARC Board, representing District 5, which includes parts of the City of Atlanta and Cobb, Douglas, and Fulton counties. She is a member of ARC’s Strategic Relations Subcommittee and the Atlanta Regional Workforce Development Board.
Ms. O’Neal is the Founder & President of M.E.N.S. Wear, Inc. (an acronym for Making Employment the Next Step) a Georgia-based 501c3 nonprofit community-based organization that provides workforce readiness training, social and personal development, and financial literacy for men of color throughout metro Atlanta.
She is also the executive director of the Douglas County Educational Foundation and a graduate of the Douglas County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program.
Ms. O’Neal is an ordained minister and has a passion for studying and teaching the Word of God. She is the mother of two children and a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
