Procurement Department

The Procurement Department is responsible for acquiring goods and services in a fair, transparent, and cost-effective manner that supports Atlanta Regional Commission’s (ARC) mission and operational needs. We ensure public funds are spent responsibly while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The Procurement Department is part of the Office of General Counsel.
