This year’s program will include the State of the Region address from ARC Executive Director & CEO Anna Roach, results of the 2025 Metro Atlanta Speaks survey, and winners of the Regional Excellence Awards, which celebrate innovative and impactful developments, places, and plans

This year’s program will be held in the Georgia Ballroom (Building C) at the Georgia World Congress Center.

Parking is now available for advance purchase. Event parking will be available in the adjacent Red and Orange decks. Reduced rate parking ($11.30) can be secured in advance by visiting GWCC’s Parking Guide and search for “State of the Region.”
Day-of parking costs are determined by the facility based upon demand and will likely be $16 or more.

Take MARTA's blue or green line to the Dome/GWCC station.

Bike

Bike racks are located on site.

Rideshare

Rideshare drop-offs are located on Andrew Young Boulevard and near Building C (235 Northside Drive, Atlanta 30314).
